Shipping Policy

Shipping for most of our products is free. Some products and brands, larger shipments, and shipping to less populated areas may incur shipping charges. 

StoreSac typically utilizes USPS and UPS for most shipments. For larger orders, such as palletized orders, we will utilize a multitude of 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) providers to ship freight. If you request a specific shipper other than our selected shipper then you may be charged with shipping and handling costs with your order.

Shipping outside of the contiguous United States typically incurs shipping, handling, and other international charges which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Dissatisfied With Products

If you are dissatisfied with our products, please contact us and let's discuss it. 

Unused Products

StoreSac will allow most returns of completely unused products. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected for damage. Returned products that are damaged may incur a per-bag charge once inspected and will be subtracted from your refund. We recommend taking pictures of the packaging before shipping to us to determine if the damage was from poor packing or the shipper. Please contact us for return address details.

Used Products

For partially used products, for example, you used only 100 bags out of a box of 500, StoreSac will typically not accept a return. We encourage you to try and sell the remainder of your product to other contacts you may know or use the products for other purposes.  In the event you contact StoreSac and we agree to accept the return of the product, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Damaged Products Received

If you receive products that are damaged, please contact us immediately. Please take pictures and be prepared to send pictures to one of our representatives when inquiring about exchanging for replacement products. Replacement products will be the same or a newer design of the product unless the product was a custom order, a limited product, or a product that is out of stock. If the product was a custom order, a limited product, or a product that is out of stock, then replacements and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Product Exchanges

Store Sac will exchange products, but the returns of the currently purchased products will follow the terms of the return policies above for used, unused, and damaged products. For exchanges of large or palletized orders, please contact us to discuss. Please contact us for return address details.
